I watched twilight out of curiosity. I need to know why teenagers are having the twilight fever and the edward syndrome. after all, I can't read minds like edward.
I appreciated the movie very well. In fact, after watching the last full show of twilight, I immidiately started reading the book. In spite of this behavior, I can't say that I'm completely crazy about it because there are some parts of the story, book, and movie that I am critical about. However, I fell in love with Edward Cullen, and no matter how hard I try not to have the edward syndrome, I have already acquired it.(Maybe it's the smile...no...it would have to be the eyes). Yes! It's his eyes that caught me.
Okay.
Now that I have established why I like Edward, I just realized another reason why I can't get enough of this creature. He has something that I wish I had, and that is the ability to read minds. I don't want this for personal agenda only, but for being an orgcomm student as well. In all the things that we create in orgcomm, the starting point is always a research. We always have to asses every detail of the current situation. Moreover, the objective of whatever we do always pertains to what the audience's needs, wants or whatever they respond to. We need to see through the minds of our audience in order to know what we will do for them and how will we do it right.
Research is a crucial process that we all have to conduct. I just thought that if we were like edward cullen, who could read minds, it wouldn't be hard for us to create communication materials for the benefit of our audience. On second thought, the challenge of getting it right would be gone; so I think, I would settle being WITH Edward, rather than being him (hahah!)
